Adria Ragazzo

I was nine years old when Carter, my baby cousin, passed away from brain damage. As I’ve matured, I’ve learned to see his passing in a new light and how what seems like such a tragedy turn into a miracle. My aunt and uncle have built such an amazingly inspirational platform for parents to turn to, and I am so glad that Carter was able to make such an impactful difference. I can’t wait to see what the Who Is Carter Foundation does next!
