Through this journey our family has refused to give up. Our son has went through many failed treatments and has had many brain surgeries. These surgeries meaning to help have caused other issues, but we know we can get past this. Like the Who is Carter Foundation, we know there is more! Our son isn't giving up, neither are we. We share our story with anyone that will listen, awareness is our number one priority. You never think it will be your baby until it is. If we can help one person in their journey by hearing Bear's story then we have done what we wanted.
