The Who is Carter Foundation offers hope and an alternative path with options to parents of children with brain damage and special needs. When this tragedy happens, a frequent diagnosis from doctors is these children are looked upon as hopeless, doomed to failure with a limited future. Matt and Emily did not accept this bleak future for Carter. They searched the internet and world over to find experts and materials offering different options and possibilities for Carter’s future. As all parents, they wanted to provide their son with every possible chance for recovery, achievement and success. This foundation will make possible Matt and Emily’s dream to reach out to other families and share their journey, offering hope, possibility, success and a positive future for their child.
