My family knows the pain of losing a child. My younger brother died when he was seven, so I was immediately intrigued when I began reading ‘Who Is Carter?’. While their experience is not necessarily unique, the Abbotts' perspective and mission to provide support, resources, and information for families in need are. Their points-of-view are rooted in possibilities; their wisdom and life experience shed new light on how to challenge our own thinking and how to remain solution-oriented in any situation. The Abbotts have inspired me to change my perspective and to look for possibilities in my own life!
